Wellbeing in Bath

A warm welcome to my website.

I am a professionally qualified and experienced therapist and clinical supervisor, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I have extensive experience in a wide variety of both therapeutic and organisational settings.

I don't offer advice, but I aim to support you by offering a warm, non-judgemental relationship in which to develop a greater understanding and appreciation of yourself and to trust in your own sense of what is right for you.

I have worked with individual clients, both short-term and long-term, since 2003. My experience includes working within the NHS being referred clients by GP’s and other health professionals, in community-based services specialising in offering counselling to adults and young people, those with substance abuse problems and bereavement. I have managed counselling services in the past and I have been in private practice since 2006.

I currently work with people from age 13 upwards and I have considerable experience of working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiencing a broad range of issues.

I also work as a management consultant for large corporations, helping them to enhance employee wellbeing, and I have designed and delivered bespoke training and workshops on mental health in the workplace for large and small organisations. As a qualified executive coach, I can also offer effective support to individuals on work related issues, management, employee relations and leadership.

I hold full Professional Liability and Indemnity Insurance and I practice in accordance with the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions’.

My practice is in the city of Bath, and within easy reach of Bathford, Batheaston, Bathampton, Bradford-on-Avon, Bristol, Chippenham, Keynsham and Trowbridge.
