Wellbeing in Berkhamsted

I am a professionally qualified and experienced therapist and clinical supervisor, accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I have extensive experience in a wide variety of both therapeutic and organisational settings.
I have worked with individual clients, both short-term and long-term, since 2003. My experience includes working within the NHS being referred clients by GP’s and other health professionals, in community-based services specialising in offering counselling to adults and young people, those with substance abuse problems and bereavement. I have managed counselling services in the past and I have been in private practice since 2006.
I currently work with people from age 13 upwards and I have considerable experience of working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and experiencing a broad range of issues.
I also work as a management consultant for large corporations, helping them to enhance employee wellbeing, and I have designed and delivered bespoke training and workshops on mental health in the workplace for large and small organisations. As a qualified executive coach, I can also offer effective support to individuals on work related issues, management, employee relations and leadership.
I hold full Professional Liability and Indemnity Insurance and I practice in accordance with the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for the Counselling Professions’.
My practice is in central Berkhamsted, and within easy reach of Amersham, Aylesbury, Chesham, Hemel Hempstead, Tring and Watford areas. I am 5 minutes’ walk from Berkhamsted Station where there are frequent trains to London Euston (32 mins) and Milton Keynes (25 mins).
I also work from Art of Thought Psychological Practice in the City of London E1. This is in close proximity to Liverpool Street Station EC2M, Bishopsgate, Shoreditch, Old Street and Moorgate.
